Wendy Jordan is the founder of 5ifth Element Pro and creator of the C.O.D.E. Method™. She brings more than 25 years of business experience, including salon ownership, booth rental, team leadership and multi-location management.
Her work focuses on the human side of business performance: leadership presence, accountability, communication, boundaries, team culture, decision-making and the patterns that can keep capable leaders and organizations from moving forward.
Wendy’s C.O.D.E. Method™ brings together four leadership disciplines: Consciousness, Ownership, Design and Embodiment. The framework is used across private coaching, business consulting, team development, workshops and leadership experiences.
